New Home Types - What am I?

I just noticed there new Home Types, like "Bed & Breakfast" and "Condominium," where I used to be an "Apartment."  I am owner of my "condo" unit, but worried if I choose something so specific I could drop out of a search.  I offer 3 rooms in my one condo unit with use of the common areas by all, and I also provide a light breakfast but I'm not like the old style B&B "establishment," but pretty darn close to the ones that offer a breakfast bar as opposed to a sit-down served breakfast.

Any hosts' insights experiencing a difference in changing to another type?

Hi @René5,

I would say to have a condominium and a private room.  Or you could list as a Bed and Breakfast and private room.  When I think of B and B, I think of getting a full breakfast.
