I have received an enquiry in the form of a text. I cannot reply to it.

When I try to tap the message nothing comes up & the message does not show up in my mail box or inbox. However I then received a text from air bnb saying I need to respond otherwise my response rate will decrease!

Any thoughts please.

Hi @Donna157 Some functions work better on a desk top or laptop computer & using the website rather than the app. Any texts you've rec'd should appear under Messages. If you're already doing this, it sounds like a glitch - maybe give Airbnb a call? Hope that helps! Karen
