So i got an email from Airbnb about a problem about a guess (Erika). that i couldnt replay right away due to much work.
So on the email Airbnb said that if dont replay in the next 24hrs , they would closed the case
and they will not get my emails.
Which its so unfair because some people dont have all the time for being ALL the time checking Airbnb
Plus JUST today i got the oportunity to go and see my studio ( i lived in a diferent city) and the place
was a mess.....(dont need to go into details,,,)
so what can i do??
i want to send the photo i took because , that guess stay 1 night
and didnt pay for it . so unfair
so guys , what can i do?
