How can a guest update number of guests?

As a host I received a trip request for one guest. I haven’t yet accepted or decline request and guest wants to update number of people he is bringing. How can the guest do that?

The guest should be able to amend the request. Or, probably less confusing, is have the guest withdraw the request and make a new one with the correct guest count.

You can also accept the booking as-is and then change it yourself. This will send a confirmation request to your guest. I have done this several times.

We have encountered a glitch when changing amount of guests or dates; once you enter the new information, the Accept button doesn't activate, stays dormant.

@Fred13  What platform? It’s working fine for me at the moment on iOS.

Microsoft. It is really a pain,  this comes up with 50%+ of my guests since they are adjusting guests upwards before actual arrivals, now have to send a 'money request' instead.
