HELP! I call and am on hold for up to an hour! How to reach airbnb

I was give an e-mail of response@airbnb.com and when I e-mail to this address I receive a response "your e-=mail did not reach airbnb".

I am ciurrently on hold with a HORRIBLY rude and condescending representitive.

aside from calling, best is to go through twitter@airbnbhelp. I hear they are fast.

might just want to hang up and get another representative on the line?

emailing is no good.
