Email received from my guest but it doesn't show in Airbnb Inbox

Hi

I received an email yesterday from a booked guest but it doesn't show in my Airbnb inbox along with all her other emails. It arrived in a different format from my normal email notifications saying it was from 'Airbnb User'. It's annoying because this latest email from her has important arrival times and contact numbers and needs to be grouped with her other messages in one place. Any ideas? Thanks.

I had the same. It didn't show in my messages on Airbnb inbox.  

I called Airbnb and they said it was because they are using an app.

 

I would just copy and paste their message into the Airbnb inbox  so it is grouped where you want it.
