Do I need to sign additional paper work

Hi Guys,

I started hosting since 2016. I never got signature on additional papers to airbnb. Do I need to get signature from Guests on certain papers like short term lease.

Any comments to improve the following will be helpfull.

It is either through airbnb with their terms and conditions OR a short term lease outside of airbnb. Never a combination.

@Moe19 Your pictures are fabulous.

Make sure you add captions to the photos as explanations. 

Your listing title needs work.

It’s choppy and it does not flow smoothly.

The copy describing the property needs improvement as well.

Your cover photo is not your best view.

You might want to rethink that picture as being first.

When you view the cover photo on a phone or tablet, it doesn’t give you that eye catching punch.

It looks like your hired a photographer, now pay someone to write your description.
