Airbnb guests have hit my neighbor's mailbox multiple times, so bought him a new one.  The red reflective tape was his idea he so tired of guests hitting his mailbox it has happened so many times.  Airbnb contribution towards new mailbox after old one hit by at least 5 separate guests? $0,000.00.  Shocker right?

 

 

 

 

Just a reminder, playing the 'fair peoples' game with Airbnb customer service is alway a losing game because it's rigged all the way to the top:
