unknown listing created under my name

Hello,

I was just notified that my listing in Hawai was published. I do not host and sadly I don't own a place in Hawai.

What am I supposed to do now?

Aloha Benjamin,

If you go into your account, click on your picture and you can choose the security option.

You can view log in audit trail to see any suspicious and unrecognised log in.

If your password for entering airbnb is the same as your usual email password, it can mean your account is compromised. You can change your password too. It's best to contact airbnb also - you can see how via google - with regards to the unknown listing.

It looks like my Facebook account was hacked. I reset all my passwords and managed to delete the listing.

@Melanie260 Look at the contact Airbnb posting pinned at the top of the help section of this community centre. You'll be able to find the nearest number for you on there
