transfer of payouts to my personal account

I am rather new in the airbnb system . I have subscribed to the payoneer payment method , hoping that i am able to then transfer my accumulated funds from various payouts  in airbnb acct to a payoneer account , then to a  retail ( physical ) bank account .

However i was told that i am unable to do so as the agreement payoneer with airbnb is that i draw it from a mastercard debit card in an atm machine . 

i live in Malaysia , which currency does it draw out on and  which banks atm machines are valid ????

Please advise . Or can i only withdraw from the USA , and if so , any atm machine or designated machines ????
