reviews: how do i leave one for a guest a few days later??

Hi there,

We have a great guest and they checked out on Sunday, its now Friday and i cant find a link to leave them a review. It hasnt been 14 days and we got a notification to do it straight away but didnt have the time and now its gone. Anyone know where i can go to leave a review? we are new to this and I know that reviews are so important to attract guests so keen to resolve!

Hi @Edwina-and-Andrew0,

If you go to your account and choose "Host" and then "Reviews". Then click on the tab, "Reviews by you" and then you should be able to review the guest in the "Reviews to write" box.
