posting a listing

i'm trying to list a property and get to the part where it asks for the location, I have the address in correctly but its giving me a message 'input is malformed'

I have no idea what that means and its not letting me continue

please help

Probably Google maps does not recognise the input as an address which can be converted to a location on the map

May try Google maps directly to test if it recognises your input:

thanks, I went to google maps and put the address in and it comes up fine, but I tried on Airbnb again and get the same dumb message.  I sure wish Airbnb had customer service people that could help, or a way to contact them directly
