My guest has a credit of R600 on her airbnb account and wants to use it towwrads booking my apartment.  her credit is not reflected upon payment.  what shall we do?

She needed to apply it when booking the room - there's an entry line for them.  She needs to contact Airbnb to see if they can help apply it now retroactively.
