impossible to validate my phone number on my booking and hence no possibility to confirm my booking

since yesterday I am trying to book z flat in Porto for a stay starting Oct11.

I was requested to enter a code to confirm my phone number. I  received 4 codes on my phone but when I enter them on y computer on your booking site, each time they said the code is not valid !!!  Last night I finally got a msg stating that I had reached the number maximum allowed for attempts and that I had to wait for 24 hours to try again. I have just re-started again, but no code sent by sms on my phone and again same warming about the maximum attempts. I cannot wait each time 24 hours more. 

Can you help me to solve this problem ? I have checked on internet and it seems I am not the only one facing this bug.
