NSW host can't verify STRA-PID licence number

hi guys, i'm just starting my first listing.

however i got stuck when trying to upload my STRA -PID number. this is a requirement for NSW host.

I keep getting an error saying the property address doesn't match. but the address I entered is correct on both NSW ePlanning portal and airbnb.

the only catch is that NSW ePlanning website can't find my address automatically and I end up entering it mannually.

Having contacted airbnb a few times, but this is still not resolved.

so I won't be able to publish my listing due to this. any help is appreciated.
