Hi @Jamie9,

Are you referring to the Shanette's reservation that was cancelled?  If so, when a host cancels on a guest , there are several penalties in which the host receives including having their calendar blocked for the dates that the guest originally booked.  Here are all the penalties a host receives when cancelling a reservation:

I did not cancel her reservation first, I accepted and then she cancelled.
