acoriding referral bonus

Hi, I joined Airbnb a couple of months ago. And after hearing about the referral bonus I referred a friend to Airbnb.
Once I add her I got a notification which said once she completed a booking of 100USD I will earn 100USD.
Recently on 26th to 28th, she told me and I was notified by Airbnb that she had a booking of 136usd. She talked to me and said she got the money via wire transaction.
But yet I didn't get my referral bonus. How does this work? I tried to add a coupon number which I got from her, but it says invalid code.
