Why the overall rating is 3* while all details are 4* & 5* ???

@Kit-14  Because the Overall rating isn't an average of the others- it's a separate rating altogether that guests mark. It's odd and frustrating when this happens, but it appears to happen frequently- guests will sometimes mark 5*s in all the individual categories and then 3 or 4*s on Overall. It's indeed hard to understand their reasoning.
