Over ride a minimum stay

So I would like to set a 2 night minimum stay, BUT if there is only one day available because of bookings on either side I would like that to be bookable. Is there a way to do this automatically? If not how would I do this manually when I see a stuck date.

Apply a 1 night minimum stay to that specific date, best to be done via a rule set (professional tools needed). otherwise use the "availibilities" menu to set a custom availibility for the specific date (section: lenght of stay)
