Verified Account but won't let me make a booking

Can anyone help with this? My account is fully verified but every time I try to make a booking, it says I can't and I need to contact Airbnb support. I have and I did not get any response. It's been doing this for a few days. I tried to contact the host and it won't let me either as it says I need to complete account verification but there's nothing else to verify as I have already done that. 

Help...somebody? anybody? i need to make a booking urgently.

Your  Airbnb profile page  gives a "not found", so there is something wrong with it.

I checked again..my profile is actually there. I tried going through airbnb.com as well as airbnb.ca and it popped up.

@Ronke0 I confirm that your profile is nonexistent. Have you checked if your country allows to be a member of Airbnb? I've heard about restrictions in some countries.

Interesting. I wonder why they'll allow full verification if there are restrictions. I'll check to see if this is why
