Verification frustration

Hi,

 

I have signed up for a while now but this is the first time I am making a reservation. 

 

After I provided my official id the form requested that I link with a social network to see my id (ok) and all my connections and interestes (not ok) so I unticked those, but then it refused to verify me!

 

I recorded a video saying hi but I have still to get any reply and there is no phone (skype, hangouts, anything) provided where I can talk to someone about this.
