Travel Credit Expiry Date

Hello, 

I have a travel credit expire soon in July, but i dont have the exact expired date. Is anyone know how to check it and who to check with? 

And i am not sure whether i have to make reservation and travel before the expiry date or i can make booking before July but travel date is later ?

Hope to get advices on this.
