Is there a way to get a breakdown of my payouts that include the fees airbnb takes out? My accountant wants to see and I can only find my total and gross payout but neither has a break down.

From your admin panel click "Performance" in the top menu.

Click "Earnings" in the sub menu located under the top menu of the next screen.

On the next screen scroll almost to the bottom and click "View Transaction History."

Set your time period in the drop-down boxes and then click "Download CSV" which is located on the right side of the screen just under the boxes you used to set the time period.

The CSV will contain a column showing the fees withheld by Airbnb.
