Cancellation, Dirty flat

Last week I went on a trip to Egypt, I booked a flat in Cairo through airbnb. In the pictures everything was nice and tidy. The flat was so dirty, I'm sure it hasn't been cleaned in years. The furniture you can't sit on it Immediately after my arrival I tried to sit in contact with Airbnb (of course with pictures), they responded after 7 days. on second day of the trip I left the flat and booked hotel. Really the situation of the flat was unbelievable.
The disaster was the decision of Airbnb-team (in my opinion). Quote:

"I have reviewed the whole thing with my colleagues. Unfortunately, the conditions shown in the photos are enough for a full refund. As we are acting on the photos, I have been able to arrange a 25% refund of the first night. I have also spoken to the host but unfortunately he does not agree to any further refund.

I have arranged for a refund of 25% of the first night. This is 11,90€.
The amount has been sent to your Visa payment method and will be credited within 5-15 working days".

The reservation was cancelled by Airbnb and the host is requesting the flat (even within the period of my trip).
Any ideas, recommendations?
