Starting again after a pause

I rented my place successfully for over 40 times in 2015 and 2016 but I have not rented it since. Now I want to rent it again but the listing doesn't seem to be showing up in search results.

On the progress page I get the following information:

What to work on

Overall rating: -, target 4.7

Response rate: 0%, target 90%

Accepted reservations: 0%, target 88%

These numbers are based on the past 12 months when I have not been renting the place out at all.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

hello @Hrólfur0 ,

I assume you delisted or snoozed the listing in the period of inactivity ?

https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/476/how-do-i-snooze-or-deactivate-my-listing

The listing is active now, it can also be found by some filtering and zooming in on the map.

But is not at the top of search results, as availability is also very limited.

Best regards, Emiel

@Hrólfur0 the only fix for this is to rent out the place.

That, of course, is somewhat difficult because you are low in the search rankings.

Some people offer temporary discounts to get the ball rolling again.

Once you have a new set of guests who have recently stayed and reviewed you, your listing should rise again in the rankings and you can put your price back where it belongs.
