Hi, 

I have sent my visitors a special offer, but they cannot open the link.

what is the best way to resolve this?

Just wait till 24hrs is up and resend special offer. Or adjust the nightly price to reflect special offer and get them to rebook ?

You can withdraw (goto Inbox and withdraw funktion is there) the special  offer and sent it again, maybe it works second time....

BTW Why can't they open the link (Which error comes up ?)

You can also accept normal booking and change reservation price afterwards.

jNo, sorry. It wouldn’t work. So Jana had to wait for expiration and I reset the prices. I wanted to adjust price after she requested but it wouldn’t let me. So I had to accept a lower price. I’m a little disappointed.Ellie.
