Reservation went from Pending to completely dissapearing

Hi all,

This is the third time I have utilized AirBnB for a reservation. This time I am running into some new challenges. I requested a reservation and it stated my request was pending. I then got a notification that I needed to verify my ID before the booking was finalized. I went through all that verified my ID and it said it was received but now my "pending" reservation has completely disappeared and i'm having difficulty even finding the location all together. 

Anyone have experience with this? once my ID is verified does the reservation show again? This is frustrating because if its not approved i need to move on but now im locked into this reservation and don't want to be charged. I would go in and cancel but I cant locate the reservation.

any help or reassurance would be great lol

@Lindsey220  I would suggest that you contact Airbnb so they can sort this out for you.
