good afternoon

how would i get a full refund if i contact airbnb and ask if my reservation was fake. the agent agree that my reseration was not fake and i should proceed to pay 1000.00 to this host. airbnb said they are not responsible if i paid of site even thought i took the proper steps into calling airbnb to make sure this was not a scam. please help
