Receiving a refund - taking too long

On the 28th December 2016 I booked AirBnb accommodation for next Xmas period December 2017.  It was immediately cancelled by the booking agent as the accommodation is not available at that time or the pricing was incorrect.   It said we should have received the refund after 5 business days from this date which we have not received.  It was $1,958 which is a lot of money to be out of pocket.
