Problems setting up bank account and receiving payment

Hi Airbnb,

I just finished hosting a guest and have not received payment yet. I suspect it is because I had my ACH listed as my primary form of payment despite it being under "Pending Verification" status. I have two questions:

1. How can I now receive my missing payment? I have since switched my primary payout back to Paypal, which is 'ready', but am unsure how to go about requesting a payment.
2. How can I verify my bank account? I accidentally deleted my verify e-mail instructions. I have received the $0.01 payment to my bank account and would like to complete the verification process. Could you re-send this e-mail to me?
