As a new host this month I am NOT impressed with how you set prices on air bnb nor am I pleased with the fact that a message a client sent yesterday at 11:00AM about checking in was NOT received by me until just now at 3:16PM the following day of his stay, despite repeated refreshing of the page, inbox and open & closing the browser!!!!! That makes us look very lacking and unprofessional. Plus due to the confusing pricing structure and lack of ability to accurately add my sales tax we have had at least 2 cancellations as a direct result of this. Air bnb...are you being run by blind monkeys?????? Since you cannot talk to anyone at Air bnb and all number & emails are blocked...maybe change your name to nazi bnb??

 

The reason I signed up to be a host is to get MORE bookings and make MORE money. Not to loose people, money and my sanity. Giving this about another week and I'll be gone! This is difficult at best and I'm loosing$. Anyone else?
