Parking

I host a room in my townhome which has a one car garage and driveway. My community has always had a parking pad for guest, but that will no longer be available due to new construction and there is no street parking. How should I handle parking for my guest when I will have to use the garage for my vehicle and guest only option is to park in the driveway?

@Shawn170 whatever option you decide to go for with parking, make sure to explain it very clearly on the property description. If your only option is the driveway and you park in the garage how are you going to get the car in and out of it without disturbing the guest to move his car because I suppose the driveway leads to the garage. Maybe you shouldn't offer parking space if that is an option.
