PAYOUT PROBLEM FOR 3MONTHS NOT PAID

my payout did not come for 3 month since July and tomorrow will be October ,,,,
many time asking airbnb but what we got is ping pong game 


airbnb say they already release the payment and the end is on their vendor payoneer, but after contact payoneer they said they have no idea since the point is the bank ,,, ""PING PONG"""....

 

what i have done is resend all private document to payoneer 

>>> airbnb email to payoneer - waiting this many days and week (airbnb is only waiting payoneer reply) then pass to me ((( airbnb only reporting to payoneer and payoneer asking more submit document)

in fact what they asking was same information that we already submit to airbnb system 

>>> again waiting many many week process , airbnb ask me direct to contact payoneer ,,,

>>> SAME THINGS, payoneer asking me again the information such photo selfie and same document order ,,, then sent it ,,, after it no reply for many many weeks  (only auto reply email with generals condition says , they payment will arrive in 3-5days) but never come then,

>>> Finally i sent complain email to payoneer about ESCALATE A COMPLAINT for my PAYOUT, make a cc to higher position into vpoperations@payoneer.com (VP mean Vice president ??? dun know) , and to customerservicemanager@payoneer.com  

but still never get any news 

 

the BIG ? question is what are they doing for within 3months,

 

Airbnb process i do: 

first ask to the support center team .. then they forward to Support Ambassador team ,,,and this team forward to The Processor Team,,, but still can not finalize the case ...

it is not about our small amount number but it is about we lost the business ,, we can not use to invest money and we lost the trust of property owner also (i just rejected by 1owner after they asking what the problem) i have to cancel 3bookings due to it 


last we ask the apologize letter never comment about it ...

and now October in few hours come ,,, the case can not be finish from July

 

DOES ANYONE KNOWS , WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW ???...

why payment on new booking also can not be arrive to my account , seriously ,, ??? it is effect to all my future booking

the payment never come to my account, i communicate directly to your vendor Payoneer because airbnb team such "community support case"  "ambassador specialist team", until ""The processor team" of airbnb can not help us ... 
Yor Vendor "Payoneer" said  No one can guarantee that my payment will be transferred, I'm really stressful with this their answer.  your vendor also said they are not in control of that area and even writing dozens of emails to the bank and still it is not helping the situation. (i have email conversation about this, if you realy need it i can pass tyo you

so airbnb can not help us, payoneer your vendor can not granted, and the bank still not found a traces record until now (I'm waiting from from july, august, september, october )

so can you imagine the situation

@Rishma14 I get that this is frustrating. The team now told me they're in touch with Payoneer to get more info regarding the transaction statuses. Once I hear more I'll let you know.

my post about delay payout from airbnb from July until today October 

been search for several times with your team , but they can not help me at all

and finally i have to talked with payoneer your financial institutions, but it is also never been ending ,, i found many host experiencing same problem here,, i think you have problem with your vendor, since i use another platform online is normal condition , my payout normal to other OTA platform, only airbnb has problem , please review your financial institution

HI Sybe ,, till now we can get payment by airbnb ,, 
i think payoneer the worst vendor service for money transfer, , they are very slow respond and so difficult even we all give the true information, they start to make it difficult again and again in every step , but the sadness news come from your team airbnb,  they said can not help even for contacting payoneer they can not do it by privacy reasons ,airbnb team don't really helpful for my problem ,, this is so cruel ,, cooperation between payoneer and airbnb and very very troublesome for host who in trouble , not easy and need many many month just for checking our personal data
in others OTA  our account holder can get normal payment and never miss, we use the same account bank

I have no idea who can help me thats why ask directly here
since airbnb team from CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM, AMBASSSADOR TEAM SPECIALIST AND PROCESSOR TEAM can not process my case within 4months already ..

the reply come from payoneer they close the case
payoneer only check my payout in june ,, WHY ???...
i sent my email to payoneer about all my discussion that they only finalize my transaction in June but not july onwards

4 months we discuss but why the process only for payout in JUNE ???????

DID AIRBNB REALLY CONCERN WITH MY QUESTION ,

PLEASE REPLY MY QUESTION ONE BY ONE CLEARLY TO MAKESURE AIRBNB PROCESS IS CORRECT AND AIRBNB REALLY RESPONSIBLE WITH THESE CASE , AND TO MAKE SURE YOU REALLY UNDERSTAND ALL MY CASE
