Not getting PAID!!!

It says they deposited $ in my paypal. Never got it! Trying to add a different paypal email. It won't let me. I'm locked out. only getting computer responses. I have 2 months of bookings. But, If they won't pay me, help me. I have to cancel my account. I have no problem renting here.. This is the second time this happend it took 4 days to resolve. Is there anyway to talk to an actual person. I don't have time for this!!! PISSED..

I have the same problem.  I am very frusted with Airbnb.  Until I get this resolved, I discountinue for hosting.   Their web instruction asks to check the transaction history but there is no thing for 2017.  I asked if I have to wait for one year to find out if I got paid until 2018 as my transaction history only shows for 2015 and 2016.
