Negative Feedback 3yrs old

How can l respond to negative feedback from 3yrs ago and now returning to hosting and the issue dealt with?

Do you mean a negative public review?

 

I found that the best thing to do is to write a public answer so that new potential guests can see how you dealt with what happened. Keep it short and to the point, nobody will read a 3 paragraph response.

@Marilyn87  I think the cutoff time for posting a public response to reviews is 30 days.

 

Based on the state of your listing I think you're better off deleting it and starting over. The old reviews will still be attached to your profile, but an unreviewed listing will attract more bookings than a low rated one with lots of host cancellations.

@Anonymous is correct. You have only one month to respond to a review. You certainly can't do it three years later.
