My guest said she got an email that I canceled and offered a deal OUTSIDE of airbnb?? Anyone else?

She showed me a screen shot of the conversation, but I am not sure how to get Airbnb to help address b.c this reservation is months away and I cannot pull it up as an issue.  I think someone hacked the system?  My reservation is showing up, but she got an email FROM airbnb.

The quickest and easiest way is to give them a call

just in case... click on your profile pic in the right upper corner / Account settings / security ... and look at your login history. If you notice some strange activity then change your password.
