My guest tomorrow has asked me to send all details via email or text because he is unable to access his Airbnb account. He has no reviews and I'm wary of reserving all communication to outside of Airbnb for liability reasons.
So far, all of our communication has been via text. When I asked him how he booked the reservation, he said he was automatically logged in and then logged out and doesn't know his password / airbnb sent the password link to the wrong email address.
Has this every happened to someone?
Are there clear directions somewhere on Airbnb on resetting a password?
