Missing listings?!

I recently missed a booking because I was out of cell phone range.  A couple of days passed before I could get back into cell phone range.  I"m sure my rating was dinged since I did not respond in the time period.   I'm flustered because I don't have anyone to co-host for me while I'm away and there is no way of leaving a message on my site that I'm unvailable to respond.   This was for a booking a couple of months out, so I wish there was a way of leaving a message on my calendar or somewhere to indicate that I will return on a specific day and then respond.   Anyone have any suggestions?   Can you work on upgrading the calendar so I can write a message on it?

I don't know of any "out of office" message that you can apply, @Debbie157, but one option that might help with booking requests and that would be to "snooze" your listing.  While you are unavailable, the snoozed listing will not be visible.  You can choose the time period for the snooze.  Hope this helps a little
