Listing problem

Hi there

We own a bed and breakfast where there are 4 bedroom sleeping 9 in total. Is there a way to set a per person rate and to allow the listing to still be available if one room has been booked. At the moment the calendar blocks out when only one room gets booked. What is the best way to rate each room/person

@Riche0 The best advice that i can give you is to create 4 different listings for each of the bedrooms.Thus not preventing you from obtaining other bookings.This will also make your properties more visible in the search lists which will bring you more bookings faster.

Now concerning how much you can charge per guest.Go to your listing then click on booking settings located the pricing section and finally click on extra charges.There you will be able to put a fee per guest.
