I have not received the full amount of payment

Hello! 3 days ago Airbnb sent me around 3900 Argentinian pesos, but I’ve only received 2800 pesos. I’m wondering why this happened.

All the other payments I have received were the same amount sent, according to the app. Which is why this payment intrigues me. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @Zviad1 we were not talking about not receiving a payment, we are discussing about the fact that in our country Argentina they are making retentions and we don´t know the details.

Welcome to the Community Center. 

I am sorry to hear that you have not yet received your payout. As it appears that your case is already with Airbnb support, there is not much I can do here as this is the Community Center and not customer service.

Have you tried reaching out to Airbnb via different channels such as Twitter? I was able to find a guide that explains multiple ways to get in touch with Airbnb. Perhaps if you reach out to them via one of the channels, you might be able to speak with someone who has more insight into your case.

Thanks so much for your response and and for accepting me in your community center. 

I have called directly to Airbnb and they forwarded my issue to their special department and promised to solve it very soon but haven't received any more responses from them ever since.  

Might it be more useful to contact them via Twitter or Facebook? I've been a host for 2 years but never had such a problem. 

Will try to reach them more.

Hola, queria hacer una consulta. En caso de utilizar paypal y nubi, al depositarme la plata en mi cuenta no se aplicaria ninguna retencion de ganancias? Solo seria la comision que cobra nubi por hacer esta transaccion. Es asi? Gracias

me inscribí al monotributo en categoría A como locación de servicio para que no me hicieran la retención del 28%, y el próximo pago que me entró tiene retenido el 18%.
alguien sabe por qué?
