I cant see a customer message

Hi, I have a problem.  Last night a message arrived from a guest and I didnt get notice. Another message came in the afternoon and I only saw the first message.I hope I was able to answer customer via e mail but this conversation is not visible on airbnb.  What is happening? Is it possible that  customer is delated  the messages. Please help me. Thanks.                                                                 Gorana, from the Cosy beach apartment Roko Split.

Any messages you send to your guest's email address will not be visible to you on your Airbnb app (but you should see them in your email outbox.)

If there is a problem with messages your guest has sent to you through the Airbnb app and you have had internet connection to receive them, it's possible there is a problem with the app for your account. You could try downloading it again to see if the issue goes away, or contact Airbnb tech support if it persists.
