Host does not answer

We booked a rbnb and payed by PayPal, what if host does not answer. Can we get our money back if we can‘t use our booking?

Normally the host will answer. If not you can contact Airbnb. They will try to contact the host. If no succes they can cancel the reservation and refund you all the money (or if you wish they can try to find an alternative accommodation)
