Hi, I have a guest who is here a month and wants to extend another month. But there is a family that comes for one night in a week from today . What should I do ? (-:

It's always a good idea to connect with other hosts in your street so you can help each other to relocate guests in case of the emergency or overbooking.

At your place, I would ask my neighbors hosts if they have a free room to take my guest for 1 night if so I would contact my guest, explain the situation and hope he would accept my offer.

If not, I would ask my long term guest if he would like to relocate for 1 night to my neighbor and then came back the next day ( chocolade cake/bottle of wine, refund for 1 night ..you know 🙂
