Hello, I've added only one payout method for my account, however I'm still being asked to add a routing rule.  There is a pending tag next to the bank account, should that be confirmed to publish my listing?

You try these steps. First, go to your payout method. Check if your only payout method is set to default, if not, then set it to default. If this doesn't fix the problem, scroll down and click on add routing rule. Select you listing and select your payout method to manually set the routing rule.
