Guests saying they haven't received check-in details via Airbnb ?

I have filled in my self-check in details, which guests should receive from Airbnb about 72 hours before check in.

 

I have now had three guests tell me that they haven't received these from Airbnb. ( I always double check now after the first guest said they didn't get them)

 

Has anyone else had guests who say this?

 

And does anyone know how guests receive this information. Do Airbnb send them via a message on the platform? By email?

 

I don't know if it is the guests missing the message or there is a problem with the system.

 

Anyone else have guests reporting this issue?

 

Anyone travelled with Airbnb and received the automated self check in details and can gell me what this looks like?
