Got information from Airbnb on things to work on!

Today on our listing we got a red notice on ‘Things to work on’

Overall rating                         You 0.8*        Target 4.7* (we have 53 Five star ratings)

Cancellations                          You 76/yr     Target 0/yr (we have never cancelled)

Accepted reservations         0%.                Target 88% (we have 100%)

What is going on?

The same thing is going on with my site, there must be some error in the system

It’s also telling us to reduce all our nightly prices to £40, when previously ‘the tips’ were to list at an average of £56.

@Pamela553    There have been several posts in regards to this glitch.  It is nothing new; constant glitches seem to be normal with Airbnb's platform.  The same glitch actually happened two months ago.  Just ignore it.  Hopefully, the "geniuses" in Airbnb's basement computer lab will figure it out soon.  😉

Me too.  .8 stars.... definitely not true.  500 guests. never cancelled.  There is a glitch somewhere.  

Happy to see i'm not the only one.  spooked me for a second there 🙂
