Hello Airbnb Support!

 

How are you today?

I have two questions,

 

1. It was long time ago I didnot got any payout and I calculate it was over 3000 usd, my limit is 2000 usd.

can you check if everything is correct. 

 

2. I had a problem with the Airbnb system, I blocked some dates on January but unfortunately a guest booked on these dates. I got sad and frustrated because I already closed these dates,

So now Airbnb cancelled the booking. 

I really fight hard to be a superhost and earn the best guest review!

It feels I can’t trust the Airbnb server anymore... 

Will I lose my Superhost?
