Complaining about a customer

I have been trying to send an inappropriate E mail to Air bnb from a customer to myself. As i am not too good with a computer i have asked 3 friends to do it for me and each time it has come back, each one was sent differently. They want a screenshot of it which is on my i  phone. Can anyone give me pointers. Regards Liz

I am not 100% sure I understand your problem, but I suppose you would like to add a screenshot to a message, a screenshot that is stored on your phone ? The easiest way would be to reply to the message using your phone and attach the screenshot to the message - you attach a photo to the message using the photo icon.
