Hi,
I found a co-host via Airbnb (Rafael) and met him this morning to discuss the details. It's both our first time dealing with co-host things, and I want to know what's the next steps. How do I approve him on Airbnb and how the payment works.

Did you resolve it? If not, this is one way: If you have met the person and have their email address, then under the co-hosts section there is a place that says something like "get a friend to help" (bottom left of the screen) and you can specify their email address. You can also set the conditions (percentage or fixed amount etc). They receive an email and a link to accept it.
