Hi,

ive just listed my second house last night and a few hours later got an instant booking, I have instant book.

ive gone thru their reviews and don’t feel comfortable with the 2nd  last review out of only 5, saying they don’t recommend these guests.  as I’m not on site, I feel uncomfortable it is a very busy Xmas new year period and I don’t want guests I dong feel comfortable about.

what do I do?

do I cancel the booking?

Call Airbnb support team and discuss situation with them before you cancel the booking!
